R ights are very different from obligations. the difference between rights and obligations must be understood by all people. the two terms rights and obligations cannot be separated from one another. someone will have the right to carry out their obligations properly.     Rights are the principle of legal, social and ethical freedom that every citizen has the right to have, besides that can be defined as the authority to own or do something we can from others for ourselves.
